Hi, I’m Stacy Hall, a passionate children’s book author, and illustrator with over 7 years of experience. As a child, I loved to draw, but I never thought that I would be able to make a career as an author and illustrator.
Despite obtaining a law degree, I realized at the age of 27 that my true passion was drawing and children’s books. Children’s illustrations hold a special place in my heart, with a fondness for funny and cute characters. Drawing brings me immense pleasure, and I’m excited to continue my journey as a children’s book illustrator and more recently also as an author.

Transitioning from an illustrator to an author was a natural progression for me. As I worked on illustrating children’s books written by various authors from around the world, I became increasingly intrigued by the process of crafting a story. I delved into research, learning from renowned authors and studying educational books like “Writing Picture Books” by the talented Ann Whitford Paul.
Each character is like a child to me, developing their unique personality with every turn of the page. Through various situations, challenges, and decision-making, my characters gain experience and captivate both children and adults alike.

With enough knowledge under my belt, I took the plunge and wrote my very first children’s book, which I also illustrated. This marked the beginning of my journey as an author and illustrator of children’s books.
For me, it’s not just about creating children’s books. I strive to create characters and stories that will leave a lasting impression on readers’ hearts. Each character is like a child to me, developing their unique personality with every turn of the page. Through various situations, challenges, and decision-making, my characters gain experience and captivate both children and adults alike.
I take great joy in knowing that my books may bring smiles to the faces of readers and their children. It’s more than just creating stories; it’s about touching hearts and making a positive impact through my work.
